As a Project Management Office Specialist, you will help guide digital transformation efforts within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Transformation Office. Your work will focus on maintaining accurate project roadmaps and demand pipelines, ensuring initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the digital project roadmap and manage the demand pipeline to support strategic planning and execution.
- Assist in preparing project proposals and monitor benefit realisation throughout project lifecycles.
- Track resource allocation and forecast capacity requirements to maintain efficient delivery.
- Coordinate external workforce planning in line with project demands and organisational needs.
- Provide financial oversight by monitoring cost pipelines, commitments, actual spend, licensing, and long-term financial planning.
- Support the evolution of PMO practices through standards development, internal alignment, and continuous process enhancement.
What You Bring
- At least three years of experience in project or programme management roles.
- Active certification in recognised methodologies such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, AgilePM®, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).
- Proven ability in project portfolio management, governance frameworks, and delivery models.
- Experience with budget tracking, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of engaging effectively with stakeholders.
