Responsibilities
- Create and implement mechanical systems for buildings, covering air conditioning, ventilation, fire safety, plumbing, water distribution, and wastewater removal
- Perform in-depth technical evaluations and precise calculations to meet engineering and project needs
- Produce, examine, and coordinate mechanical design plans while following applicable building codes and engineering regulations
- Oversee several projects at once, ensuring high-quality outputs and on-time delivery
- Work with BIM coordinators to guarantee design deliverables meet specified quality and technical criteria
- Offer technical expertise during all project stages, including design, setup, testing, and commissioning
- Generate and keep updated technical records, operation manuals, and project documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients, partners, and their representatives to define needs and deliver engineering advice
- Build and sustain productive connections with engineering consultants and equipment vendors
- Assist in drafting technical proposals and evaluating project feasibility
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project operations
- Assist project leadership with timely preparation and submission of required documents and regulatory filings
