Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for HR and financial system leadership, handling routine administrative tasks, sorting incoming requests, and forwarding critical issues when necessary.
- Organize logistical aspects related to administrative functions and scheduled events within Workday support operations.
- Track project milestones, prepare updates, and present progress reports to HR and financial system leadership.
- Develop, maintain, and update documentation related to Workday projects and ongoing operations for HR and financial systems.
- Participate in governance meetings to record key activities, issues, action items, risks, and decisions.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
