Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders by maintaining consistent communication.
- Support the development and upkeep of project schedules, key milestones, and track progress relative to set deadlines.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, contractual obligations, and organizational policies.
- Keep precise and up-to-date project records, including databases, documents, and archived files for future access.
- Oversee document control processes and assist with reporting, progress tracking, and data interpretation.
- Carry out routine site visits to confirm work quality and alignment with project standards.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor procurement documents for material lists and invoicing purposes.
- Assist the project team in achieving goals related to timelines, budgets, financial flow, performance benchmarks, and contract terms.
- Help draft and administer contracts, including negotiating amendments and changes with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Support financial analysis, including cost forecasting, margin estimates, and evaluating the impact of project changes.
- Evaluate and present project data to aid decision-making and monitor overall project performance.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed based on evolving project demands.
