Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle project management for Mod-Sim and rating development programs, acting as central program coordinator across the portfolio.
- Monitor and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile practices where applicable, including sprint planning, backlog management, and inter-team synchronization.
- Act as the main liaison for project teams on non-technical aspects such as scheduling, scope definition, and resource allocation.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment between engineering groups and program stakeholders.
- Support teams in evaluating project scope, estimating effort, and planning resources to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules specific to Mod-Sim development efforts.
- Generate and distribute regular project status updates, reports, and summaries for leadership review.
- Enhance visibility into project risks, interdependencies, and key milestones across international teams.
- Attend meetings across various time zones, requiring adaptability to support collaboration with teams in the US and Wuxi.
- Enable senior engineering leadership to concentrate on technical innovation, strategic planning, and team development by managing operational coordination.
