About the Role

The Project Coordinator will assist in managing engineering projects by tracking schedules, coordinating team activities, and maintaining accurate records to support timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules and milestones
  • Support project managers with planning and tracking tasks
  • Organize and maintain project documentation
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Track project deliverables and deadlines
  • Assist in preparing project status reports
  • Schedule and organize team meetings
  • Maintain project databases and filing systems
  • Monitor progress and identify potential delays
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approvals
  • Manage document control processes
  • Support onboarding of new project team members
  • Track resource allocation and availability
  • Assist with risk tracking and mitigation logs
  • Gather and compile project metrics
  • Coordinate cross-departmental project activities
  • Update project management tools regularly
  • Prepare presentation materials for internal use
  • Manage correspondence related to project activities
  • Ensure consistency in project reporting formats
  • Support change management processes
  • Assist with project closeout documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of project information
  • Respond to internal requests for project data
