Responsibilities
- Organize and enhance current Jira tickets with detailed descriptions, assignees, deadlines, components, tags, and reference materials
- Generate new Jira tickets for third-party services, internal platforms, and proprietary products using provided specifications
- Design and set up team-specific dashboards to display active tasks, progress, and performance indicators
- Implement a uniform structure across numerous tickets to ensure reliable reporting
- Collaborate with the Privacy team to accurately document each requirement
- Support minor documentation tasks and participate in weekly review cycles
- Collect and manage lists of project requirements
- Deliver weekly project status updates, including progress on action items
- Schedule and coordinate project review meetings and track follow-up actions
- Communicate project status clearly and accurately to team members
- Help maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, labor hours, and spending
- Assist in identifying project challenges, direct issues to appropriate personnel, or escalate to management as needed
- Participate in planning, attending, and contributing to stakeholder meetings
- Record key decisions and action items from meetings and ensure follow-through
- Work with regional teams responsible for resource allocation and ticket resolution
- Support daily oversight of the ticketing system, including reassigning tickets when necessary
- Generate recurring reports as requested
- Help identify patterns or repeated issues and escalate them for resolution
- Support efforts to find and define opportunities for process improvements
- Contribute to building and maintaining team knowledge and staying current with evolving processes
- Partner with SDMs and Project Managers to understand analytical needs, identify key metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights
