Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning and financial oversight by maintaining updated schedules, cost estimates, and tracking of labor and materials.
  • Organize and maintain project records such as drawings, revisions, field instructions, and modifications to contractual scope.
  • Handle change management processes, including drafting, distributing, and monitoring change notifications and scope updates.
  • Record and distribute meeting outcomes, including summaries, follow-up actions, and status reports.
  • Contribute to compliance efforts by supporting safety protocol evaluations and quality assurance activities.
