Turner & Townsend is hiring a Project Controls Specialists (all levels) - Performance & Reporting

Responsibilities

  • Customize reporting workflows to suit client-specific requirements while following industry standards.
  • Develop performance and reporting management plans tailored to project scope, phase, and established best practices.
  • Advocate for the value and necessity of performance reporting and data analytics within project teams.
  • Set up, manage, and sustain reporting tools and processes to monitor project controls effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with integrated project teams to build a solid, structured, and precise Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), and assist in change control procedures.
  • Implement reporting schedules to maintain a regular flow of performance data and allow time for validation and analysis.
  • Partner with project controls teams to define system requirements and data pathways, and support digital implementation teams.
  • Lead the creation, evaluation, and upkeep of organizational data sets.
  • Offer expert advice on data integrity challenges to various data contributors.
  • Lead the preparation of governance materials across projects, programs, portfolios, and enterprise levels.
  • Identify and propose performance improvement actions for stakeholders and leadership to enable informed decisions.
  • Support project teams in establishing, integrating, and defining KPIs, contributing to the performance measures dictionary.
  • Create performance reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders and management.
  • Prepare presentations and supporting documents for client governance meetings and performance assessments.
  • Engage with regional and national performance and reporting communities, including Communities of Practice.
  • Train and mentor clients and junior team members in performance and reporting methodologies.

Other

  • Travel within the Midlands is required, dependent on the project.
