Turner & Townsend is hiring a Project Controls Specialists (all levels) - Performance & Reporting

Responsibilities

  • Tailoring reporting processes to meet the client’s needs and aligning with best practice.
  • Deliver to performance and reporting management plans for our clients based on project requirements, maturity, and best practice.
  • Promoting the benefits and requirements of Performance Reporting & Analytics within the project and programme team.
  • Implementing, administering, and maintaining reporting systems and procedures to track project controls performance.
  • Working with the Integrated Project Team to establish a robust, integrated, well structured, accurate Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and support the change control process.
  • Roll out reporting calendars to ensure a consistent drumbeat of performance data and sufficient time to assure and analyse outputs.
  • Work with project controls to define requirements and data flows for information management systems and supporting our digital teams in their implementation.
  • Lead the development, analysis and maintenance of corporate datasets.
  • Provide guidance and advice on data quality issues to a wide variety of data providers.
  • Lead material preparation for governance through projects, programmes, portfolios and the enterprise.
  • Identify performance recovery recommendations for relevant stakeholders and management to support effective decision making.
  • Support the project team develop, embed KPIs and contributes to the development of the performance measures dictionary.
  • Developing project performance reports and dashboards, providing recommendations to relevant stakeholders and management to support effective decision making.
  • Lead preparation of presentations and other materials for client governance forums and performance reviews.
  • Contribute towards our national and regional performance & reporting communities including Communities of Practice.
  • Training and coaching clients and less experienced team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in Performance Reporting, Planning and Scheduling, or Risk Management.
  • Ability to tailor reporting processes to client needs and best practice.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining reporting systems and procedures.
  • Experience working with Integrated Project Teams to establish Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB).
  • Experience developing project performance reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
  • Proven ability to support change control processes and data quality assurance.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to train clients and junior team members.
