Directive is hiring a Programmatic Strategist (Remote US) - Future Opening

Shape the future of performance marketing as a Programmatic Strategist on a team built for impact. In this remote role, you’ll design and manage programmatic campaigns across display, video, native, and audio channels, driving measurable growth for B2B SaaS clients. You’ll translate business objectives into media strategies, execute across DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk, and deliver clear, data-backed insights that guide decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and refine media strategies that align with client KPIs, using first- and third-party data to improve targeting precision
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple demand-side platforms to meet pacing and performance goals
  • Analyze campaign results to surface actionable insights, identify blockers, and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Act as the primary media expert for clients, leading performance reviews and strategy discussions with confidence
  • Partner closely with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
  • Stay ahead of shifts in ad tech, including the role of AI and automation in campaign efficiency and scale

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years in programmatic media, with hands-on experience in DSPs and campaign optimization
  • Proven success managing B2B/SaaS clients with monthly budgets exceeding $50,000
  • At least 2 years working within an agency environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate clear recommendations
  • Experience building measurement frameworks that reflect both paid and organic channel performance
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a client-first mindset and a focus on collaboration
  • A drive to solve complex challenges and push beyond standard benchmarks
