Lead high-impact programs within a fast-moving environment focused on subscription delivery. As a Program Manager, you'll translate strategic direction into actionable plans, ensuring cross-team alignment and disciplined execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Insights.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex, multi-domain initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring clarity, accountability, and timely outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership to define execution roadmaps, sequencing, and decision frameworks that support long-term goals
- Design and implement operating models that establish governance, ownership, and consistent delivery rhythms
- Facilitate coordination across technical and non-technical teams, identifying dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance planning accuracy, reporting efficiency, and risk detection
- Surface progress, blockers, and decisions transparently to enable swift course corrections
- Drive outcomes by proactively steering programs and intervening where necessary
