Responsibilities
- Lead the design, governance, and ongoing enhancement of global post-sales customer processes, covering onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build consistent onboarding experiences, defining key milestones, playbooks, success metrics, and transition protocols to speed time-to-value.
- Act as the primary business owner for post-sales technology platforms, such as QuadSci, overseeing data integrity, automation, governance, and user adoption.
- Drive cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining workflows, enhancing user experience, and boosting operational effectiveness.
- Partner with teams across Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Architecture, Onboarding, Services, Product, Finance, and IT to prioritize improvements and manage change.
- Develop governance frameworks, performance reporting, and executive communications to track process health, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Assess emerging technologies and vendor solutions to inform the evolution of the post-sales technology strategy.
- Proactively identify and address cross-functional risks, aligning with other program managers to ensure cohesion across the full revenue journey.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in program management, revenue operations, sales operations, or business transformation within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record leading complex initiatives involving multiple teams, systems, processes, and organizational changes.
- Strong grasp of the post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding, service delivery, product adoption, and expansion motions.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable, Salesforce-centric solutions that balance usability with governance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
- Direct experience with post-sales platforms such as QuadSci, Salesforce, Outreach, Seismic, or comparable systems.
