Responsibilities
- Oversee technical program management for projects involving collaboration with international teams.
- Drive initiative planning in coordination with stakeholders from product management, engineering leadership, architecture, and quality engineering.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of agile methodologies within the finance and compliance technology division.
- Establish a unified vision and foster durable cross-functional partnerships across business units such as Program Management, Product Management, and Quality Engineering.
- Define, implement, and track key delivery performance metrics.
- Communicate risks and challenges clearly to executive leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them proactively.
