Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in project management for enterprise software or SaaS implementations
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Comfortable working with global customers and distributed teams
- Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud solutions, integrations, or data-driven applications
- Exposure to post-go-live support, upgrades, or operational projects
- PMP certification (or working toward it), and Agile or Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent) desirable
