About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing complex programs from initiation through delivery, coordinating teams, managing risks, and maintaining stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program lifecycle for enterprise-level initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments and geographies
- Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions when needed
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting structures
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout program execution
- Ensure alignment between project deliverables and business objectives
- Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders and leadership
- Track key performance indicators and program metrics
- Manage dependencies between multiple concurrent projects
- Communicate updates to executive stakeholders clearly and consistently
- Drive process improvements across program workflows
- Support change management activities related to program rollout
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards
- Integrate feedback from teams and stakeholders into planning
- Oversee vendor coordination where applicable
- Maintain focus on quality assurance and delivery standards
- Promote collaboration and accountability among team members
- Utilize project management tools for tracking and forecasting
- Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in management or related discipline
- Experience in insurance technology or financial services
- Certified ScrumMaster or SAFe accreditation
