Responsibilities
- Create and deploy operational support frameworks enabling the core Americas retail team to deliver an extensive roadmap covering LATAM, Canada, and emerging U.S. channels.
- Manage entire lifecycle of designated Retail Americas programs, including planning, resource allocation, risk oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate efforts across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics to ensure smooth implementation of market entry and retail initiatives.
- Detect and evaluate risks related to emerging market entries—such as regulatory, logistical, and cultural challenges—and formulate strategies to reduce their impact.
- Act as the main liaison for program issues with internal teams and external retail partners in target markets.
- Monitor performance indicators for managed programs and deliver periodic updates to executive leadership.
- Pursue ongoing enhancements by spotting operational deficiencies and introducing scalable systems and tools across various markets.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of demonstrated international program management experience, including handling multifaceted projects across diverse countries and cultures.
- Extensive retail background in areas like account management, channel marketing, retail execution, or digital retail marketing.
- Robust leadership capabilities to inspire and guide teams in meeting project targets.
- Superior cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills for effective work with varied stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management approaches, tools, and standards, with a history of timely and budget-compliant deliveries.
- Firm grasp of global business environments, geopolitical shifts, and cultural differences, supported by international work experience.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and proactive risk identification and mitigation.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, ideally including JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs.
- Readiness to travel as needed to supervise program activities, foster partnerships, and represent the company.

Compensation
Market-based pay varies by US location tier: Region 1 $170,000 - $200,000, Region 2 $154,700 - $182,000, Region 3 $139,400 - $164,000
