Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience leading and developing statewide transportation systems, planning, and design projects, preferably in aviation.
- Current Professional Engineering license.
- Expertise in aviation or airfield planning/design, including airfield, vertical, airport layout plans, master plans, instrument approaches, site civil grading, drainage, utilities, pavements, airfield lighting, navigational aids, facility planning studies, and site development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAA Planning and Design Advisory Circulars.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong business acumen, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt and respond to industry changes and internal initiatives.
