About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of programs by managing schedules, supporting team coordination, and maintaining clear communication across remote stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate program timelines and track milestones
- Schedule and organize team meetings and events
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support onboarding for new program participants
- Communicate updates to stakeholders promptly
- Assist in developing program materials
- Monitor progress and report on key metrics
- Troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise
- Liaise between departments to align efforts
- Manage calendars for program leadership
- Prepare agendas and meeting summaries
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Track deliverables and follow up on action items
- Facilitate communication across remote teams
- Coordinate travel and event logistics when needed
- Update shared project management tools
- Respond to participant inquiries efficiently
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
- Organize training sessions and workshops
- Maintain data confidentiality and integrity
- Support evaluation and feedback collection
- Escalate critical issues to management
- Adapt workflows to changing priorities
- Promote collaboration through digital platforms
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
