Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise program controls functions for large, strategically important, and technically complex programs.

- Facilitate accurate and timely communication among project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership with actionable insights.
- Establish and enforce strict control frameworks to protect program integrity and optimize resource use.
- Design and implement standardized procedures to improve program performance across all project stages.
- Carry out frequent, comprehensive evaluations of program performance and risks, recommending strategic adjustments as needed.
- Promote a culture of accountability, high performance, and ongoing improvement within the controls team.
- Ensure clear, authoritative communication flows between project teams, stakeholders, and senior executives with meaningful updates.
