We are seeking a skilled Professional Services Engineer with expertise in AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing systems. In this role, you will guide customers through the deployment, configuration, and optimization of advanced infrastructure platforms tailored for data science and ML engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation of software solutions, ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows
- Collaborate daily with data scientists and ML engineers to promote efficient use of computing resources
- Customize platform configurations to align with specific use cases and technical requirements
- Integrate systems into current MLOps pipelines using scripting and automation tools
- Identify and resolve technical challenges in complex cloud-native environments
- Use performance analysis tools to detect inefficiencies and improve utilization of deep learning infrastructure
- Partner with internal technical and sales teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
- Build custom tools and scripts to streamline interactions between data science platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in a customer-facing technical role at a B2B software company
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to present technical concepts to developer audiences and create technical documentation
- Strong background in Linux or Unix operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies
- Practical software development experience
Preferred Skills
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) credential
Technology Environment
