JFrog is looking for a Professional Service DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with JFrog customers to design, set up, and build CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using our products and other technologies. You'll collaborate with internal teams and customers, provide training, and help shape our product roadmap based on user needs.
What You'll Do
- Work with customers to design, set up, and build CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using JFrog products.
- Team up with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Development teams to ensure customer success.
- Set up, design, and build CI pipelines with technologies like Docker, NPM, Java, and Pypi.
- Train the open source community and JFrog customers.
- Influence the features and roadmap of JFrog tools based on customer feedback.
- Keep current with the latest technology trends in DevOps and CI/CD.
- Build solid relationships by working closely with customers and the community.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience with Continuous Integration tools: CI Server, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, NPM.
- Ability to build software delivery pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, Pypi, and various DevOps tools.
- Good understanding of infrastructure and operations: storage, network, compute, security, and cloud.
- Experience with Continuous Deployment and Delivery tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience in Linux.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with server-side software on-premise and in the cloud.
- Uncompromising will to learn.
- Open Source state of mind.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Software Architecture design and product development.
