About the Role
This role partners with K–12 educators to build instructional capacity through tailored professional development, data analysis, and strategic planning. The specialist travels regularly within the region to support implementation and foster long-term client success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site and virtual training sessions for educators and administrators
- Guide schools in integrating digital learning platforms into classroom instruction
- Analyze usage and performance data to inform instructional strategies
- Develop customized action plans to support district goals
- Build strong relationships with school leaders and teaching staff
- Conduct follow-up support to ensure sustained program adoption
- Present at district meetings, conferences, and professional development days
- Assist clients in interpreting student performance metrics
- Model effective teaching practices using digital resources
- Troubleshoot platform-related questions and escalate when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to align support with product updates
- Gather client feedback to inform service improvements
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Support onboarding of new school partners
- Promote best practices for student engagement and data-driven instruction
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone
- Facilitate workshops on instructional design and technology integration
- Monitor client progress toward implementation milestones
- Identify opportunities for expanded program use within districts
- Adapt communication style to meet diverse stakeholder needs
- Stay current on K–12 education trends and policy changes
- Represent the organization at regional education events
- Ensure training content aligns with state and district standards
- Balance multiple client accounts within an assigned territory
- Travel frequently within the Midwest region
