Seesaw is hiring a Professional Development & Training Specialist, Contractor

Join the Professional Learning team as a Professional Development & Training Specialist, delivering impactful training sessions in both English and Arabic for educators using Seesaw and Little Thinking Minds (LTM). This role supports teachers and school leaders in integrating digital tools into their classrooms through dynamic, interactive learning experiences—conducted remotely or on location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate virtual and onsite training sessions to help educators effectively use Seesaw and LTM platforms
  • Monitor email, Slack, and calendar regularly for session updates and scheduling requests
  • Coordinate with clients via phone and email to arrange professional development opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain documentation before and after each session, including follow-up communication and resource sharing
  • Stay current with platform updates, features, and support materials to provide accurate guidance
  • Identify and escalate customer concerns promptly, supporting timely resolution and clear communication

What We’re Looking For

  • At least three years of experience as a primary school teacher
  • Strong public speaking and presentation abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly and think critically
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a commitment to collaboration and shared values
  • Comfort using technology for demonstrations and remote instruction
  • Flexibility to travel when necessary, particularly during high-demand periods
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours when required by client needs
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications including Docs, Sheets, and Slides

Preferred Background

  • Experience coaching educators or leading professional development workshops
  • Familiarity with Seesaw or classroom use of Seesaw tools
  • Experience with Little Thinking Minds or similar platforms
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the MENA region

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with flexible scheduling to meet customer needs, including occasional early mornings or evenings. Travel may be required, especially during peak seasons.
