Prematch is looking for a Production Technical Operator to join the team at IFF's manufacturing site in Guangdong Zhaoqing. In this role, you will execute manufacturing operations, ensure product quality, and maintain equipment within a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
- Arrive at the production site 15 minutes early to attend shift handover meetings.
- Receive production task assignments from the team leader, collect materials, and perform operations in the workshop.
- Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to manufacture products and ensure quality.
- Operate equipment correctly and safely to ensure employee safety.
- Adhere to equipment operating procedures and perform daily maintenance on assigned equipment.
- Accurately fill out production record forms.
- Store finished products in the warehouse and clean the production site after completing tasks.
- Actively participate in training to improve work skills.
