Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs and foster a supportive workplace culture to maximize employee performance in quality and output.
- Coordinate staff, supplies, machinery, and production timelines to maintain smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor team member performance and provide regular, constructive input to support growth and accountability.
- Promote transparent communication and active employee engagement to strengthen team cohesion and alignment with organizational principles.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to find ways to improve product quality, reduce expenses, and optimize processes.
- Enforce compliance with safety protocols and actively contribute to maintaining a secure and hazard-free workplace.
- Assume additional duties as assigned to assist the plant operations team in meeting production goals.
