Responsibilities
- Turn product concepts into production-ready specifications including materials, measurements, construction, and packaging
- Create and maintain tech packs, costing sheets, and production briefs for all SKUs
- Manage 5–6 product lines at a time, each consisting of 10–30 SKUs, ensuring timelines are met across all lines
- Manage the full product lifecycle from development through sampling, production, and final delivery
- Source, evaluate, and onboard manufacturers and suppliers across consumer products, apparel, accessories, stationery, and lifestyle goods
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, production costs, and lead times to meet margin and commercial targets
- Oversee sampling process including requesting, reviewing, and approving pre-production and production samples
- Build and manage production timelines across multiple concurrent product lines
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product launches remain on schedule
- Track production progress and resolve issues related to delays, quality, or supply chain disruptions
- Ensure consistent product quality across all runs including fit, materials, construction, and packaging
- Oversee inventory planning and production quantities based on demand forecasts and sales projections
- Coordinate with logistics teams on shipping timelines and inventory flow
- Support retail partnerships with product requirements, exclusive product development, and timelines
- Maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Experience within consumer products, apparel, accessories, stationery, or lifestyle brands
- Strong knowledge of overseas manufacturing and global supply chains
- Hands-on experience with product development, sampling, costing, and quality control
- Experience creating tech packs, costing sheets, and production documentation
- Proven experience negotiating supplier pricing, MOQs, production costs, and timelines
- Strong experience managing multiple product lines simultaneously
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory forecasting
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- Ability to work PST hours in a remote environment
