Your work will span the full product lifecycle—from concept to validation—ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine mechanical components for PV mounting systems, with a focus on innovation and performance
  • Create detailed 3D CAD models and maintain accurate technical documentation using Autodesk Inventor
  • Develop and test prototypes to validate mechanical performance and durability
  • Perform mechanical analysis and testing to support continuous product improvement
  • Collaborate with suppliers, engineering teams, and field installers to ensure designs are manufacturable and easy to deploy
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and external partners as needed
  • Occasional travel to test sites and project locations across Europe and beyond

Qualifications

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
  • Proven experience in mechanical design or product development, ideally in solar mounting or similar structural systems
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software, particularly Autodesk Inventor, and strong command of MS Office tools
  • Hands-on experience in prototyping, mechanical testing, and product validation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the initiative to work independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or Bulgarian is an advantage
  • Familiarity with FEM analysis, PV system architecture, or tracker control systems is beneficial
