Responsibilities
- Collect, insert, and package completed items as they exit the press machines.
- Conduct quality inspections on final products before placing them into trays or containers.
- Prepare finishing equipment and materials before production begins.
- Support machine setup and perform cleanup tasks as required.
- Operate the Segbert machine as part of the production process.
- Adhere to postal regulations when packaging direct mail jobs and completing skid labels.
- Identify quality issues in products and correct them promptly.
- Bundle, label, and organize finished goods into designated batches, packets, or pallets.
- Tally trays on pallets and verify counts against shipping documentation.
- Record production progress, problems, and solutions for interdepartmental and shift handovers.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff while supporting current team members.

- 12-hour night shifts are required.
- Operation of the Segbert machine may be part of daily duties.
- Compliance with postal standards for direct mail packaging is mandatory.
- Regular quality inspections and on-the-spot error corrections are expected.
- Employees must count trays and pallets and maintain accurate records.
- Team training and peer support are integral to the position.
