Responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate artificial intelligence tools applicable to the development of learning materials
- Iterate on production processes until quality standards are achieved, then formalize and document best practices
- Educate content creators on validated AI tools and updated workflows
- Develop training courses and learning resources using optimized, AI-enhanced methods
- Manage end-to-end delivery including strategic planning, experimentation, implementation, and results
Requirements
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color principles
- Background in data visualization and narrative-driven design
- Active interest in AI: you track developments, conduct independent experiments, and think systematically
- Ability to transition smoothly from piloting tools to creating documentation and leading training
- High level of self-direction, capable of managing open-ended projects with little oversight
