Responsibilities
- Configure ESDA infrastructure for new product introductions and guarantee data accessibility for DRAM and NAND probe operations
- Sustain and improve ESDA platforms, resolve technical problems, and collaborate with relevant support teams
- Develop analytical tools and automated workflows to enhance ESDA evaluation and support defect correlation for Yield Enhancement and Reliability Data Analysis
- Lead standardization of ESDA practices across fabrication sites, including data acquisition, archiving, processing, and reporting methods
- Promote coordination among engineering, testing, yield, reliability, and information technology groups
