About company
Teton.ai

Teton.ai is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using AI to create live digital twins that capture everything happening across residents, staff, and space. The company aims to move beyond human data extraction to automatically generate a richer, more objective understanding of the care delivery journey.

Founded in 2020, Teton.ai empowers care teams with real-time insights through its AI agent, Samwise. The platform integrates seamlessly into existing routines, helping staff monitor resident activity, reduce falls, and improve response times — all while maintaining privacy through anonymised computer vision.

The technology supports both senior living and hospital environments, providing tools for proactive care, granular data analysis, and transparent care billing. With over 10,000 care staff supported and more than 10 million hours of in-room monitoring, Teton.ai is proven to reduce workload burden, staff-caused wakeups, and fall response times by up to 96%.
