Responsibilities
- Deliver timely customer assistance through phone, email, and additional communication methods.
- Foster and sustain strong connections with designated customer accounts.
- Document all customer engagements, diagnostic steps, and solutions accurately.
- Observe system dashboards and security notifications, responding quickly to incidents.
- Reproduce and diagnose reported issues using internal documentation and standard procedures.
- Work with internal departments to address advanced technical challenges.
- Support the deployment of application updates to ensure seamless rollouts.
- Detect and fix system faults to ensure consistent, high-level performance.
- Assist in configuration change initiatives and verify correct execution.
- Execute release scripts and conduct testing to confirm configuration accuracy.
- Carry out regular administrative duties essential for daily operations.
- Handle communications from shared mailboxes in an organized and timely manner.
- Keep technical and process documentation current and accessible.
- Provide after-hours support as needed to maintain uninterrupted service.
