Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy AI-driven financial automation tools by collaborating with founders, accountants, and mid-market finance leaders to convert intricate accounting standards into executable logic.
- Customize, validate, and optimize AI agents and financial account structures to align precisely with unique business rules and data integration requirements.
- Lead the development and refinement of onboarding strategies through data-driven experimentation to uncover and resolve adoption barriers across diverse customer segments.
- Design standardized, scalable processes that significantly reduce the time it takes for customers to realize value from the platform.
- Serve as the primary advocate for customer needs within the organization, bridging product and commercial functions.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer feedback shapes product design and workflow improvements.
- Develop deep expertise in customer workflows and objectives to guide effective product usage and success.
- Monitor platform engagement, anticipate potential risks, spot opportunities for expansion, and promote sustained product adoption.
