Seek Now is hiring a Product & Segment Marketing Manager-Insurance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy for the insurance sector, covering positioning, differentiation, campaigns, and sales support.
  • Simplify complex product and service details into clear, persuasive messaging tailored to insurance decision-makers.
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations for product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Perform continuous market research to uncover trends, unmet needs, and innovation opportunities, guiding product development and go-to-market plans.
  • Organize and lead advisory sessions with carrier executives and claims professionals to validate new solutions and deepen relationships.
  • Create and maintain positioning narratives that highlight the platform’s unique strengths in property intelligence for insurers.
  • Work with content specialists to produce thought leadership materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and industry perspectives.
  • Develop 'The SeekNow Way'—a framework of best practices shaping advancements in property data and claims innovation.
  • Produce high-impact marketing content across formats, including case studies, blogs, webinars, and executive presentations.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance research, writing efficiency, and content iteration at scale.
  • Collaborate with design and branding teams to ensure all materials meet standards for clarity and professional credibility.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams across operations, demand generation, customer marketing, and field efforts to execute full-funnel campaigns targeting new clients, account growth, and industry visibility.
  • Design and manage account-based marketing initiatives focused on key insurance carriers and strategic accounts.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner for the insurance sales team, aligning marketing activities with revenue goals and pipeline priorities.
  • Deliver marketing resources and content to support enterprise deals, renewals, and major product rollouts.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure vertical success, content effectiveness, and pipeline impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies using data insights to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure transparent reporting and visibility across the entire marketing funnel for the insurance segment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Insurance vertical, from market positioning and differentiation to campaign activation and enablement.
  • Translate complex product and service offerings into simple, compelling value propositions that resonate with carriers, adjusters, and claims leaders.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis; synthesize insights into actionable strategies for Product, Sales, and the Executive team.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, emerging needs, and innovation opportunities; feed insights into product roadmaps and GTM planning.
  • Lead Product Advisory Groups with carrier executives and adjusters to validate new offerings and strengthen strategic relationships.
  • Develop and own narratives that clearly define SeekNow’s competitive advantage as the leading Property Intelligence Platform for insurers.
  • Partner with the Content & Thought Leadership Specialist to produce compelling case studies, whitepapers, and point-of-view pieces that elevate our industry leadership.
  • Drive creation of The SeekNow Way—standards and best practices that shape the future of property intelligence and claims innovation.
  • Develop high-quality marketing assets end-to-end, including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and executive decks.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, writing, and iteration—delivering professional-quality content at speed and scale.
  • Collaborate with design and brand teams to ensure every piece reflects SeekNow’s standards for clarity and credibility.
  • Partner closely with Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Field Marketing to execute full-funnel campaigns that drive: New logo acquisition (with Demand Gen), Account expansion (with Customer Marketing), Thought leadership visibility (with Brand & Field).
  • Build and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting top carriers and strategic growth accounts.
  • Serve as the marketing lead and day-to-day partner for the Insurance Sales team, co-leading strategy sessions, aligning pipeline priorities, and ensuring marketing supports revenue objectives.
  • Provide marketing enablement and content support for enterprise pursuits, renewals, and key product launches.
  • Define KPIs for vertical performance, content engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Track campaign results and continuously refine strategy based on performance data.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to maintain full funnel visibility and reporting across the insurance segment.
