Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives that align with strategic goals and enhance the efficiency of product movement across the organization
- Oversee the end-to-end Direct to Floor process and visual operations, adjusting quickly based on sales performance and ensuring seamless product flow to the sales floor and back-of-house organization
- Manage markdown execution, promotional displays, and inventory turnover to maximize sales and reduce overstock
- Implement and lead changeover plans and visual evaluations to maintain store standards
- Maintain in-store visual elements including props, signage, and display units
- Prioritize customer needs in all operational decisions and act as their advocate
- Support and promote technology adoption that enhances customer experience through innovative, personalized service
- Anticipate and respond to customer demands and expectations proactively
- Guide and provide performance input to Customer Experience Representatives to ensure efficient product lifecycle management and operational performance
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures and manage daily sales floor operations
- Ensure a safe environment for both team members and customers by upholding health and safety standards
- Contribute to team development through involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and skill-building for existing staff
- Assist in talent growth by sharing performance insights with leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop adaptable, timely operational solutions
- Exchange technical expertise and actively pursue learning opportunities from more experienced colleagues
- Help team members understand the impact of their work and collaborate across departments to gather insights
- Foster open communication by encouraging diverse perspectives and receptiveness to constructive feedback
