Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives that align with strategic goals and enhance the efficiency of product movement and lifecycle management
- Oversee the delivery and setup of merchandise from distribution to floor (D2F), adjusting based on sales performance and ensuring optimal back-of-house organization
- Manage pricing adjustments, promotional displays, and inventory turnover to maximize sales
- Implement and supervise seasonal or campaign-based product changeovers and visual evaluations
- Maintain in-store presentation elements including props, signage, and display fixtures
- Prioritize customer needs in all operational decisions and represent their perspective
- Support the adoption of technology that enhances both customer experience and operational performance
- Anticipate and respond to evolving customer demands and expectations
- Guide customer experience representatives with feedback and coaching to ensure effective product handling and sales support
- Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures and supervise sales floor operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols for both team members and customers
- Assist in team development through involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and skill diversification
- Contribute to talent growth by sharing performance insights with leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop responsive and efficient operational solutions
- Exchange technical expertise and pursue learning opportunities from peers and specialists
- Help team members understand how their work impacts broader objectives and solicit input from other departments
