Lead large-scale pilot programs by organizing workflows, setting milestones, coordinating interdependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time delivery of agreed outcomes and documentation.
Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for Trust Services, focusing on initiatives aligned with eIDAS 2.0 and the EUDI Wallet ecosystem.
Convert eIDAS 2.0 and EUDI Wallet architectural frameworks into clear product specifications, user flows, acceptance conditions, and actionable engineering backlogs.
Ensure alignment among stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and external pilot partners by transparently communicating decisions and trade-offs.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams and peer product managers to plan releases, execute agile processes, and eliminate uncertainties to maintain delivery momentum.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to adoption, operations, and compliance to inform product prioritization and strategy.
Develop clear, high-quality documentation such as product requirement documents, decision records, interface definitions, pilot outputs, and stakeholder communications.
Support go-to-market activities by contributing to product positioning, sales enablement materials, and briefings for customers and partners in coordination with relevant departments.
