Boston / Remote Remote (Country) Employment

edisyl is hiring a Product Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a clear, long-term product vision, breaking it into a prioritized sequence where each release builds on the last and aligning stakeholders around it.
  • Conduct ongoing customer and market research, maintaining direct user engagement and integrating insights continuously into product planning.
  • Resolve ambiguous product architecture decisions, including data provenance, public versus private boundaries, versioning across modules, and customer-facing terminology.
  • Anticipate detailed product behavior in edge cases—such as permission logic under specific conditions—before engineering begins work to prevent mid-development surprises.
  • Determine what to build by writing specifications, setting priorities, and guiding a self-directed team toward strategic milestones.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science to ensure knowledge-base accuracy, and with sales and customer success to understand deal dynamics, adoption barriers, and customer needs.

Compensation

Competitive base salary and significant early-stage equity, with full transparency provided early in the hiring process.

Team

Reports to the CTO and founder. The team is capable and execution-focused but currently operates without a dedicated product owner. Strategic vision and prototyping remain with the founder, while this role owns product direction and roadmap execution, working closely with engineering, data science, sales, and customer success.

About company
edisyl

edisyl builds and deploys AI agents across unstructured enterprise data, to make humans more productive.

We build and deploy AI agent fleets directly into your environment — trained on your data, exactly as it exists. We simplify pipelines, connect disparate sources, and surface intelligence from data that was never activated. Every engagement ends with an outcome your team can measure.

Our platform, built on Forge, Lattice, and Stratum, solves core problems in agent deployment: unreliable outputs, coordination drift, and semantic ambiguity. We work with messy, incomplete, unstructured data as it exists, delivering measurable outcomes like scored leads, automated pipelines, and intelligence briefings directly into CRM, Slack, and other tools.

With eight years of experience building data infrastructure on blockchain — processing 7 trillion rows and scoring 700M+ entities — we apply proven methods to enterprise data challenges today.
