Requirements
- Successful candidates must have a proven product management track record of delivering significant transformational value to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the realms of B2B software, bonus points for club management software, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams toward shared goals and successful outcomes.
- Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time
- Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations
- Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools
- Experience with market research tools and techniques
