About the Role

This role is responsible for shaping the product vision and roadmap for fulfilment-related customer experiences, working closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance delivery performance and user trust.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy for order fulfilment features and customer touchpoints
  • Identify customer pain points in the delivery process through data and feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new logistics capabilities
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business impact and technical feasibility
  • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to delivery speed and success rates
  • Drive continuous improvement of the post-purchase customer journey
  • Work with operations teams to align product features with fulfilment capabilities
  • Evaluate new technologies and third-party services for integration opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements across delivery networks
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather input and build alignment
  • Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to validate feature effectiveness
  • Develop metrics dashboards to track product performance
  • Balance customer needs with operational constraints in product design
  • Lead discovery sessions to explore new fulfilment models
  • Ensure accessibility and usability across fulfilment interfaces
  • Maintain documentation for product features and decision rationale
  • Coordinate with customer service to address recurring fulfilment issues
  • Incorporate sustainability considerations into product planning
  • Escalate risks and dependencies that impact delivery timelines
