About the Role
The digital product team is pivotal in creating innovative healthcare experiences and advancing a leading kidney care platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to define, validate, and deliver impactful digital solutions, driving product outcomes and supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work with product leaders to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities.
- Engage with UX, research, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and identify opportunities.
- Conduct user interviews, workshops, and discovery activities to gather insights.
- Convert business goals into actionable product opportunities and solution hypotheses.
- Contribute to the creation and validation of user-centric experiences through rapid feedback and usability testing.
- Support product initiatives from the discovery phase through to delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Lead story mapping sessions and support backlog refinement activities.
- Define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify and manage dependencies across teams and product areas.
- Participate in roadmap planning, sprint planning, and release activities.
- Work with legal, compliance, security, and risk stakeholders to ensure regulatory and organizational requirements are met.
- Support communication and enablement activities related to new product capabilities and releases.
- Define, track, and monitor OKRs and product success metrics.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities and validate decisions.
- Utilize product analytics and user insights to continuously improve product performance.
- Evaluate and prioritize product features based on customer value, business impact, and strategic alignment.
- Contribute to product decisions that deliver measurable value to users and stakeholders.
