Responsibilities
- Define product direction and user narratives, focusing on feature prioritization to ensure intuitive experiences and validate market fit.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product peers in agile cycles to build, test, and release new functionalities.
- Create video demonstrations and screen recordings of product updates to illustrate features and encourage user engagement.
- Manage key aspects of product promotion, including crafting messaging, preparing demos, and developing materials that clearly convey value.
- Gather input from users, conduct market analysis, and evaluate performance data to improve feature backlogs and increase user retention.
- Develop onboarding documentation, instructional content, and operational playbooks to support product use, team training, and hiring processes.
- Observe customer engagements, extract actionable insights, and coordinate with executive leadership on strategic focus and performance tracking.
