Responsibilities
- Define product direction and user narratives, focusing on feature prioritization to ensure smooth user experiences and validate market fit.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams in rapid development cycles to build, test, and release new functionalities.
- Create video demonstrations and screen recordings of product updates to highlight features and encourage user engagement.
- Manage key aspects of product promotion, including crafting messaging, preparing demos, and producing materials that clearly convey value.
- Gather input from users, conduct market analysis, and evaluate performance data to improve feature backlogs and increase user retention.
- Develop instructional content such as onboarding materials, training assets, and operational playbooks to support product use and team scaling.
- Observe customer engagements, extract actionable insights, and coordinate with executive leadership on strategic focus and reporting metrics.
