Responsibilities
- Ship improvements to the accounting user experience: spend data management, reconciliation, compliance, and audit trails
- Identify and validate AI automation opportunities — prototype solutions, know when AI fits vs. when deterministic rules are required
- Drive integration work with ERP and accounting platforms (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Run customer discovery with controllers and CFOs; turn findings into clear specs engineering can build
Requirements
- Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
- Strong analytical skills (SQL, data analysis)
- Hands-on comfort prototyping with AI tools
- Excellent written communication

- LatAm accounting and compliance knowledge

Hybrid — Bogotá, Colombia, Latin America
Additional Information
- 3–6 month contract to start, with potential to extend
- Full-time hours
- Remote or Hybrid, LatAm-based
- Must overlap with US and Brazil time zones
