Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration projects involving external partners, enterprise clients, and internal engineering teams, delivering clear results from uncertain starting points.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure product decisions align with customer and business goals.
- Manage external constraints such as partner schedules, customer limitations, API capabilities, poor documentation, and changing priorities without losing project momentum.
- Develop simple, effective frameworks, documentation, and processes that increase team efficiency without introducing bureaucratic overhead.
- Facilitate alignment among engineering, product, business, and external parties on key priorities, risks, and implementation strategies.
- Identify common challenges across integrations and convert isolated insights into scalable product enhancements.

Scaling toward 200 employees globally, organized across 5 major hubs with team members in over 13 countries.
Onsite Availability
Must be able to work in person 4 days per week at the Boston, São Paulo, or Santiago office.
Language requirement
