Role Overview
As a Product Management Analyst, you will lead the strategic and operational management of the product backlog for a scrum team. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and cross-functional partners—including design, analytics, operations, leadership, and support teams—to ensure clear, actionable priorities that align with product objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it remains prioritized, refined, and aligned with business and technical needs
- Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements and support smooth delivery through Agile sprints
- Engage in all scrum ceremonies to maintain shared understanding and alignment across teams
- Collaborate with extended stakeholders to integrate feedback and coordinate dependencies
- Support strategic product initiatives and organizational innovation efforts
- Adhere to company policies, contractual obligations, and evolving work directives, including changes in team structure, location, or work arrangements as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
- Background in computer science or related technical field
- Agile or Scrum certification required
- Minimum of three years in product management, preferably in IT services
- Proven experience working within the U.S. healthcare system
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and engineering practices
- Prior experience as an IT Product Owner
