Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to enable new business wins by aligning customer needs with operational teams in the U.S. and China.
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initial package design to full-scale production and customer rollout.
- Oversee the creation, submission, and approval of pre-production samples, including packaging and decorative elements.
- Manage onboarding workflows such as documentation setup and credit application processing.
- Guarantee accurate execution of initial production runs by verifying timelines and tracking key milestones.
- Act as the primary internal coordinator for customer needs, working with Operations on project planning, launch preparedness, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with Purchasing to validate item costs, confirm pricing, and track order status.
- Support Quality teams in resolving issues, tracking corrective actions, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Liaise with Engineering to provide technical input and advance packaging solution designs.
- Partner with Creative teams to review artwork and finalize decoration choices.
- Work with Accounting to complete customer setup, secure credit approvals, and manage deposits.
- Maintain regular, proactive contact with customer representatives in purchasing, planning, marketing, product development, and logistics.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations to consistently meet and exceed expectations.
- Deliver timely updates on order confirmations, project status, and key milestones.
- Generate and distribute customer-ready documents such as quotes, price lists, approval forms, order reports, and custom deliverables.
- Identify potential risks, delays, or obstacles early and work jointly with customers and internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
