About the Role
In this role, you will operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting, advancing product development at the leading edge of the semiconductor equipment sector. By working closely with customers and internal teams, you will deliver immediate solutions to technical issues and contribute to continuous product improvement. Your work will directly impact the Etch Product Group’s success.
Responsibilities
- Work with diverse teams to develop advanced semiconductor equipment and process solutions, addressing customer challenges and enhancing product performance in a fast-moving environment.
- Support the full product lifecycle from initial prototyping through development, release, and early field implementation.
- Plan and execute experiments, testing procedures, and prototype builds to address intricate technical issues.
- Produce well-structured, concise documentation to communicate findings and support engineering decisions.
- Partner with multidisciplinary and global teams to define product requirements and guide development efforts.
- Deliver expert technical assistance for system installation, issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and resolution of complex product malfunctions.
- Engage directly with customers, including international travel, to support product rollouts and resolve urgent technical concerns.
- Perform duties in cleanroom laboratories or customer semiconductor fabrication facilities.
