Responsibilities
- Set up and configure trial environments before launch, including feature flags, user accounts, and test cases, in coordination with Product Operations to ensure quality assurance.
- Conduct initial onboarding sessions and product demonstrations for legal and operations teams, simplifying advanced AI capabilities into practical workflows.
- Deliver required follow-up training one week after kickoff, focusing on advanced tools such as AI Drafts and Case Companion to deepen user proficiency.
- Use daily usage analytics to detect disengagement, then initiate re-engagement through personalized emails, resources, or individual coaching sessions.
- Collect and document client feedback, pain points, and new feature suggestions, contributing monthly enhancements to training or onboarding processes.
- Maintain strict adherence to the 14-day trial timeline, including scheduled touchpoints, dashboard updates, and internal readiness checks.
- Customize onboarding experiences to align with each client’s operational needs, demonstrating the full capabilities and value of the platform.
